Sharon C. (Manoogian) Belseth, a longtime Acton resident, passed away Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at Brigham and Women’s hospital in Boston. She was 71 years old. She was the beloved wife of the late Donald Belseth to whom she was married for 42 years at the time of his passing in 2012.

Sharon was born in 1949 to the late George and Constance (Florin) Manoogian. She was a graduate of Lasell University in Newton earning her degree in Art. Sharon was a well-known real estate broker in the Acton area for over 30 years. She won rookie of the year her first year in business. She found joy in selling houses to the many clients she has had over the years and most recently retired to spend more time with her family.

Sharon loved to entertain family and friends. She enjoyed cruising the Caribbean and traveling to new places as often as she could. Sharon always looked forward to her weekly dinner dates with one of her many friends. Sharon’s son Andrew was truly the light of her life and she was over the moon with the birth of her first grandchild, Lilah Dawn. Sharon truly treasured every minute she spent with her.

Sharon leaves her son, Andrew Belseth and his wife Shannon of Webster. She was the loving Nonna of Lilah Dawn Belseth. Additionally, Sharon leaves the entire Belseth family which she had grown so close to over the years. She will be missed by many in-laws, nieces, nephews and countless friends and colleagues.

I am so sorry for your loss of Sharon. She was a beautiful, fun and very talented person. I really enjoyed seeing her during the course of her real estate career. She was always willing to share her great ideas with other realtors, and I always looked forward to seeing her. May her wonderful spirit live on in her family members.
