Charlie and Mary were dear friends of my grandparents, Tayno "Blimp" and Gert Hyden. In fact, Mary was my godmother. They were a part of our lives for so long and wonderful people. I'm so sorry to hear of Mary's passing but heartened to know she has been reunited with Charlie, where she no doubt longed to be. Deepest condolences from my family to her extended family and loved ones.

Mary and Charlie were very wise and warm oeople. When I a single woman moved in across the street from them over a decade ago they were very friendly and helpful. Mary loved to tell stories about Maynard folks especially while chatting in their porch attached to the garage.
