A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at the St. Anne Catholic Church of Holy Trinity Parish, 75 King Street, (Rte 2A) in Littleton, MA on Saturday September 3, 2022 at 9:00am with a “Celebration of Life” to share fun stories at Il Forno in Littleton at 11:00am. In lieu of flowers, please send donations in Jack’s name to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital at stjude.org

Interment in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Hawthorne, NY will be at a later date.
