Leominster, MA

Joanne Elizabeth Loring, “Jo Jo Jackson”, age 52, of Leominster died on April 4, 2021 at home surrounded by her family.

Joanne was born in Concord, MA and raised in Boxborough, MA, daughter of the late Dexter and June (Davis) Loring. She attended local schools and was a 1986 graduate of Minuteman Technical High School in Lexington, MA. Her last and most meaningful and passionate career was with the CNA- Network. She loved caring for her seniors and they loved her. Joanne was also an active volunteer with “Habitat for Humanity”.

Joanne leaves her two sisters, Anne Marie Kress and Louise Ann Loring; she was blessed with her many nieces and one nephew along with other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her brother Donald Edward Loring and leaves “the love of her life” husband Stephen Jackson.

Joanne cherished spending time with all her many nieces and one nephew. She loved being “Auntie JO-JO”. Her dream came true when she married her beloved husband Steve. Her most favorite thing to do was walk the beaches in search of seashells and driftwood. Her love of all animals was unconditional. Joanne’s life was short but full of beautiful memories shared by all who loved and knew her.

I'm in shock. I just found out of Joanne's passing. We both lived in Boxborough. Even though we never hung out together, we knew each other in passings. Our deepest condolences to the Family from Western Australia.
