Obituary for Dianne Louise (Carney) Ludden

Dianne Ludden, age 60, of Acton, Massachusetts passed peacefully on Sunday, March 1st, 2020 in Concord, Massachusetts surrounded by her loved ones. She was born on December 13th, 1959 in Framingham, MA to Robert and June (Stead) Carney.

She was a graduate of Acton-Boxborough Regional High School in 1977. She is survived by her husband James "Jim" Ludden Sr. of 40 loving and fun-filled years. She is also survived by her three beautiful children, son James Ludden Jr. and his wife Coralina Ludden and their daughter, Dianne’s grand-daughter, Annabelle of Rutland, MA; son Jack Ludden and partner Kaitlyn Webster of Somerville, MA; and daughter Kathryn Rosendale and husband Patrick Rosendale of Upton, MA. Dianne is also survived by many siblings, nieces, nephews, and their families.

Dianne lived life to the fullest with her quick wit and beautiful and generous spirit. She could frequently be heard laughing, singing a song, making a joke, cooking her favorite meals, playing an instrument, or watching one of her two favorites: Lifetime movies or CNN (not Fox). Dianne loved Cape Cod, the beach, and deeply enjoyed soaking up the soft and warm rays of sunshine while walking along the shore. Her spirit was contagious, and her joy was felt in any room she entered. She deeply loved her family, and frequently described them as her greatest accomplishment. She will be missed and loved forever and always.

Family, friends, and others whose lives Dianne touched are invited to attend a Celebration of Life, or “A Party for Di," at The Red Raven Restaurant, 3 Nagog Park, Acton, Massachusetts on Friday, March 6th, 2020 from 4-8p.m.
