Obituary

David Alan Richardson, 66, of Acton, MA passed on February 10, 2021 at Emerson Hospital surrounded by family.
David was born in Boxborough, MA to Clyde and Virginia Richardson. He lived in the surrounding area for the remainder of his life.

David was employed and an integral part of the Haartz Cooporation in Acton, MA for over 30 years.
In his spare time, David enjoyed riding his motorcycle, experimenting with the stock market, and spending summers in Maine with his wife.

David is survived by his wife, Judy; their three daughters, Loralyn and her husband, Jason Deluco, Carolyn Richardson and Alison Richardson; his grandchildren, Kiara, Quentin, James Deluco, and Addison and Dean Richardson; as well as his siblings, Wayne Richardson, Sheryl Rodkey, Donna Kiefer, and Judy Richardson and their families.

Due to the pandemic capacity limits, the funeral Mass in Saint Elizabeth of Hungary Church, Acton, is private.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Acton Community Supper and Food Pantry Inc., PO Box 2098, Acton, MA 01720 in David’s name are appreciated.

    A funeral mass will be held in St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church by invitation only due to the restrictions of persons attending during Covid-19 restrictions.
    Burial will also be held privately.

Sending hugs and prayers to Judy, Allison, and the rest of Dave's circle of family and friends. I was fortunate enough to have worked with both Dave and Allison at Haartz, and was so sorry to hear of his passing. Please know that you all are in our thoughts.

So sorry to hear about David's passing.. I worked with Dave for many years at Haartz. I ran the mechanical maintenance department for 20 of my 25 years there.. We had many of the same interests, biking and electronics were 2 of the strongest. My prayers to the family members for your loss. He will be missed by everyone. Bill Foster
