Obituary for Anthony Maimone
Anthony Maimone, 88, formerly of Georgetown and Everett, MA passed on April 23, 2020 at Care One in Concord, MA. He was the beloved husband of the late Claire Cacciola-Maimone.
An electrician, he was born in Everett to the late Joseph and Liboria (Cravotta) Maimone. He served honorably with the US Navy during the Korean War. Mr. Maimone was a member of the Knights of Columbus and Music Masters.
He is survived by his sons, Michael Maimone and wife Beatrice of Acton, MA, Barry Maimone of Everett, James Maimone and wife Maria of Stoneham, MA; daughter Lucille Maimone of Peabody, MA; step-sons Joseph M. Cacciola and husband Thomas G. Trykowski of Provincetown, MA, Frank C. Cacciola of California, James A. Cacciola and wife Nancy of Saugus, MA, Wayne D. Cacciola and wife Gilda of Tewksbury, MA, Philip P. Cacciola of Georgetown, David E. Cacciola and wife Lori of Rochester, NY; grandchildren, Nicholas Cacciola-Price and husband Jamie, Neil Cacciola and wife Ashley Ferullo, Andrew Cacciola and wife Natasha Still, Joseph Cacciola, Samantha Cacciola, Danielle Cacciola, Jessica Cacciola, Katherine Maimone, Michael Maimone, Matthew Maimone, Sarah Maimone, Michael O'Brien and Taylor O'Brien.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, services and burial in Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett, are private. A Memorial Mass for Anthony will be announced and held at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his memory to the Alzheimer's Foundation.
